Icon Dynamic Optimisation of your Personalised Configuration

Once your personal configuration is established by answering the TradeRadius Configuration Questions, we shall run the algorithm with your personal parameter settings through a robust testing programme. We use Walk Forward Optimisation (WFO) and establish the best configuration possible under this methodology. This process is repeated periodically.

Icon Can Change Configuration once / up to 3 times per month

If for whatever reason, you are not seeing the results you were hoping for after carrying out the trade recommendations from our signals, you shall be able to re-answer the TradeRadius Configuration Questions inter-month. We would urge you to consider using this feature sparingly, as it is not recommended to change configurations regularly, but rather allow your personal configuration sufficient time to yield the results you expect.

Icon Key to TradeRadius In-House Configuration

As traders ourselves, and actively managing money for our own account using our Core Quant Model just like you, we allow PRO – level subscribers access to signals that are generated using the TradeRadius in house configuration – which is created by our trading team answering the same questions as you in the TradeRadius Configuration Questions

Icon Crypto Signal Module with Segregated Config and Trade Logic

We developed a unique and separate module for crypto asset trade recommendations. This unique asset class, through our testing, requires a different approach, philosophy and trade logic for signal generation. This means we used an alternative and adjusted instance of the Core Quant Model, and applied different methodology to the configuration (currently no flexibility / personalisation on the configuration of the crypto module.

Icon FREE backtest of your personal config (3 month)

PRO – level subscribers will receive an option to have their personalised configuration (determined after the TradeRadius Configuration Questions) subject to a backtest of 3 months (they may decide the dates for testing). This will provide historical analysis only, please see our Terms if unsure. Other subscribers may request a backtest too, subject to availability and for a fee.

Can I change plan inter-month? >

Sure no problem, you can upgrade your plan whenever you like and we shall pro-rata for the payment. Your new plan features will take effect within 24 hours

Is it possible to change my underlyings? >

Yes - if you are a Gold or PRO subscriber, then you may make changes in Subscription Settings, and it will take effect within 24 hours (only certain number of changes permissible). Otherwise – you may make changes which will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle

Are there any special offers advertised? >

Not normally. We want to keep pricing consistent for everyone

What’s the difference between the Subscription plans? >

Take a look at the Pricing page to see whats included with some explanations of different features. The higher the plan, the more assets you can include. And some plans offer additional features

Is it possible to buy a Backtest of my configuration as an add-on? >

Certainly. You may buy a Backtest as an Add-on. It’s a hugely useful tool to help you get an idea of past profitability of your unique personalised configuration. Look for the add-on within Subscription Settings

My free trial has run-out. Can I extend it? >

No, unfortunately we can’t extend free trials. But please get in touch if you have any questions

Can I share my signals with someone else? >

As part of our Terms & Conditions, this is not allowed

I’ve realised I don't need all the features or underlyings in my plan. Can I downgrade to a cheaper plan? >

If you feel your current plan is too much for your needs, please get in touch. We shall try to find a solution for you

I’ve seen some platforms offering free plans forever. Can you do the same? >

Unfortunately not. Our unique offering of personalised and bespoke trading signals, means a huge amount of work and computing power is needed for each user

Can I refer someone to TradeRadius and get some discount for my subscription? >

Yes, this falls under our Referral Programme, and details are found in the DealingRoom under “Earn TR$”. Get in touch if you have any questions

Can I pay for 6m or 1 year at a time, and save money? >

Yes, check out the savings you can make on the Pricing page

What method of payment do you accept? >

We accept all major credit/debit cards

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime? >

Yes, you can. We never like anyone to leave us – so perhaps its worth contacting us to discuss. But as soon as you decide to cancel , no further payments will be made.

How do I cancel my subscription >
